At StrongGirl Revolution, the focus is on human movement and strength, along with full body cardio, to create a stronger and leaner body that will last a lifetime. Clients will learn proper lifting and movement skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Best of all, clients see RESULTS! StrongGirl Revolution's program encourages clients to train with us two to three times per week, as well as providing clients with homework to keep them moving on non-gym days. With at-home programs and access to client-only videos, there is no excuse for slacking off when away from the gym.
