I’ve had personal trainers in the past, but none of them hold a candle to Nancy. Their goals were to make sure I was so sore I couldn’t lift my arms after every session. They shamed me if I had a cheat meal, and were distracted by other gym members rather than watching what I was doing. You won’t get that from StrongGirl Revolution. Sure you’ll be sore at times, but Nancy wants you to function the next day. There are monthly nutrition classes where we get to discuss our struggles and she gives us the tools to help us get closer to our goals. No crazy diets! She’s also not going to shame us if we “screw up”. God knows I’ve fallen off the plan a few times, but Nancy has been there to support me as I regain my focus.She encourages us to challenge ourselves. I’ve seen improvement in my strength with Nancy’s help. Pull-ups terrify me, but I’ve been working on them.
