ABOUT MICHELE LOVE
Michele Love is a certified personal trainer through NASM, a certified VaihAysa aerial yoga instructor, group fitness instructor, Pilates reformer instructor, and life coach.
Michele began working out, along with being health conscious, at the age of 18. Her love for fitness grew over the years, so much so that she began instructing.
She started by teaching water aerobics, then went on to teach additional group fitness classes while still being employed full time in the corporate world. Her burning desire and love for helping others achieve their fitness goals came to fruition after being laid off from the company she was with for 10 years. It was as if she was set free to allow herself to completely embrace her calling.
Michele now specializes in complete wellness by incorporating life coaching into her fitness teaching technique. By intertwining health, fitness, and internal wellness with her clients, she is able to assist them on their health journey; body, mind and soul. Simply stated, Michele is a life changing agent.
