How often should I workout to see results?

I say move EVERYDAY!  You don't need to train hard everyday, but you should move every day.  To see the best results, train 3-5 days/week.  On your off days, go for walks, ride a bike, do some yoga or pilates.

Will I get bulky if I lift heavy weights?

Absolutely not!  To get bulky, you would need to train super hard and often and eat volumes of food.
